个人介绍:
罗述金,金沙990线路检测(中国百科)有限公司-Gaming Group教授,北京大学-清华大学生命科学联合中心PI。从事动物基因组学、演化与保护生物学研究。主要研究成果包括持续二十余年系统研究虎的演化与分类,发现并定名马来虎新亚种,阐明华南虎起源及白虎毛色的遗传机制,解析青藏高原特有荒漠猫的遗传背景,首次发现家猫于唐代经丝绸之路传入中国的历史,并揭示豹猫与人类数千年的共生关系等,为世界猫科动物的保护奠定了科学基础。在Nature Ecology & Evolution、Science Advances、Current Biology、Cell Genomics等学术期刊发表论文近百篇。相关研究成果收录于人教版《高中生物必修2:遗传与进化》。教学方面,主持北京大学《普通生物学》《演化生物学》等课程教学,参与高等教育出版社《陈阅增普通生物学(第5版)》及生物科学“101计划”核心教材《普通生物学》编写。曾任2023年第34届国际生物学奥林匹克竞赛(IBO)中国代表队教练。

基因组多样性和演化实验室成立于2009年,以猫科动物基因组学和保护生物学研究为核心,具备分子生物学和生物信息学干湿实验综合实力。实验室建有生物样品库及数据库管理系统、古DNA超净平台、基因组数据处理计算服务器等硬件设施;在高通量数据分析、动物基因组组装与注释、群体基因学、基因与性状关联性分析、连锁遗传定位等有丰富的数据分析经验;且能有效开展分子生物学、生化和细胞水平的功能实验。
